Tv go can’t register devices

Hi,

 I had a problem yesterday where some of my registered devices were saying they weren’t registered. Same thing today, It also won’t let me replace any of them even though it says I can replace up to 3 a month.

Is there anyway all my devices can be wiped off so I can start again?
