Sorry to hear you've encountered this problem.
Can you confirm if the same thing happens across all devices, or just one in particular? If it's just one, please make sure the app/browser & OS are up to date with the latest updates. If that doesn't help please let us know which devices are impacted specifically.
Also, have you noticed if this is happening with all channels/content, or just some?
