Can't sign in to TV go app. 10 weeks after making initial complaint I'm still receiving the same fault with the TV go app ( oops we have a problem ) try again in a few minutes.
The technical team have asked me to uninstall the app, re-install it and try again... no success.
Change your password... no success.
Sign in on another device.. no success.
Change username email.. no success.
Raised three complaints about it and still no better off.
