Tv go app

Hi, I hope someone can help please,

I have recently updated my tv app on iOS and now it won’t work, iPad & iPhone,after inputting user & password , it says v6 box’s are turned off, which they are not ( I have 3 ) ? Everything worked until the app was updated, I have turned all box’s off then on again, I have cleared the cash, deleted the app & re enstalled, but still no luck, can anyone offer me some advice please as I’m due to go on holiday and need to be able to control my box’s while away , thank you

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. 

 

Sorry to hear of the TV Go app issue. Can I confirm, what settings are the TV boxes in please? To find this out, please do the following on the TV Box, home, help and settings, settings, devices, power saving settings.

Hi, all are set to connected low power , I’m using a old iPad with the old app on it , so I can use it that way at the moment.
