So I have the Virgin go app but when I open it,it says I need to upgrade my package but I have the ultimate oomph package so it should included.

It’s any channel or even on demand on there,I have every channel on my tv box and I haven’t yet used the app I’ve only had the account 15 days… Thankyou for responding
