Tv go app on iPad pro

I’m a new virgin customer and downloaded the app on my iPad and I get a message saying not available try again. Can you advise what to do

Hi JW10, thanks for your post - sorry for the delayed response.

 

I'm also sorry to hear you've had this problem with TV Go on your iPad. I've encountered a few instances of this recently, after unsuccessful attempts to resolve it I've raised it with the mods who have arranged for this to be investigated further.
