I’ve just tried to watch ‘the good doctor’ via the app only to find it’s not on there. On closer inspection it appears many of the box sets are not on the app.
Does anybody know why this is?
virgin can you also get back to me as i am not impressed with this service, especially with the price of my month bill!

Can you confirm have you been able to see these on your On Demand service via your Tv box?
Yes the program is on sky witness on demand via the set top box, but doesn’t appear via the app

Can you confirm if this has been tested on both the App & Web Browser?
I have just deleted and re installed app. Still not there.
I have also checked the website. Which doesn’t work as it should. You can not scroll up or down (safari on iPhone). I had to use the search bar to find show - still wasn’t there.
