I try to log into the app and it tells me I am using a sub account... I am not .. I have tried to sign in on the app and using the app on a pc using Windows 10, also i have tried to sign in using a browser on various browsers. I have reinstalled the app countless times,changed my password used phone data, restarted my super hub 3 all to no avail. I cannot use my TV go app. Please help
I have had the same problem for just the last few weeks. Something has changed. I get told I can’t sign in with a sub account, but hung on phone for 40m the other day to confirm I was using my primary account. Tried to change my PW, that was a joke. Can still sign in on sky sports app - 1 for Sky 0 for Virgin. Ask sky who their web support people are and employ them to fix it. My wife doesn’t like F1 or Football, so I suggest you fix it or I’ll be going back to sky.
