device manager says max limit devices reached but trying to watch on one that is listed. Won't let me replace device from list just locks me out for 30 days. Can you reset list
Thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you're having issues trying to watch TV Go on one of your registered devices.
What happens when you try to remove the device you have listed not replace it? Is it coming back with the same message that you will be locked out for 30 days?
Please let us know as if this does not work we will send you a PM and get this reset for you.

It says reaches max number of devices and can register new one on 1-10-20. It would not replace existing device when I tried on 1-9-20
