Tv go ... Devices on app and website different

Hi, we haven't used the app for a while but when I logged in yesterday there are 5 devices listed.  As we as a family all have new phones since the last time we used this, I decided to remove them so they could all register new devices.  

I clicked manage devices and went to the website.  I removed the devices I needed to and now it shows only 2 devices registered and not 5.

The app still shows all 5 and my son has been unable to access.  

I tried using incognito and got the same result. 

Is there a way to force the two to sync up? It doesn't want to let us replace a device either 🤔

There are two places for devices. One is for TV Go itself and one is for Sky Sports.

For TV Go devices you can't actually delete them - you choose which old device to replace with the new one when you watch content on the new device for the first time.

Sky devices for Sky Sports do need to be removed before a new device can be registered.
