I haven't been able to use my Virginonthego app for several months now. When I login it saya account suspended so you cannot login at this time.
Iv been passed to various departments and people. Iv tried everything platform different networks. Changing passwords uninstalling and reinstalling. Apps and browser still the same. Can anyone help. Please??

Do the same login details work on TV Control?
Assuming of course, that you have a TiVo or V6. If you have 360, this uses TV Go for all the control functions.

Yes all logins work on all platforms except the tv goapp … I have v6 boxes
it suddenly started to do this about 3 months ago
