Tv go App Login

My Virgin Media TV Go App will not let me log in and keeps saying “login failed, try again’ or ‘ oops that hasn’t worked.’ Please sign in with your main user account. Sub Accounts can’t sign in to this service.’

I am definitely using my main user account and I have double checked this. I need help to log in please? Anyone have any ideas??

I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded but still no luck.

I'm sorry you've been having some trouble with signing into the app. We were aware of an issue at the beginning of the week, but this should now be resolved.

 

Let me know if you're still having a problem with it.
