We are sorry about any confusion caused - as @BenMcr advised the TV Control app is still a valid and working app for our TiVo and V6 boxes. The merged app is only for our 360Box users.
You will still need to use the TVControl app to book any recordings or series links.
I understand that you have moved home? When you moved, you would have had a new account and account number and as such, also a new MyVM account. You'd need to log into both your TVGo and TVControl app using the new MyVM username and password.
When you moved, did you take your boxes with you or did you have new ones installed?
