I registered my new iPad last week on TV Virgin Go. It worked fine. Now it won’t work for Sky Sports, all else is ok. I only have one other device registered, my iPhone, and all is fine on that. I suspect that my old laptop is still registered, but it’s faulty, and I can’t access it. Any advice friends? Thank you

Sorry to hear you've had problems with TV Go. If you've accessed it on a laptop previously then it's possible that browser settings have maxed out the registered devices.
We should be able to get it sorted - please get back to me via PM (the purple envelope icon) and we'll take it from there.
