Thanks for coming back to us on this and confirming this is happening when connecting via WiFi.
I know you have mentioned the error code above, is there a message that comes up too or is it only the code that is shown?
In the meantime, make sure when trying to watch the content you are not using a browser in Private or Incognito mode as this can stop the stream from happening. Can you let us know the following:
- What browser are you using?
- Does it work when using a different browser?
- Has the device been registered previously?
- Have you successfully played content on this device before?
