Tv Go - maximum number of devices reached

I have an issue with devices on the TV go.

We have only ever registered 3 devices but each time we log in it says maximum number of devices reached . Replacing the device is only possible 3 times per month and I shouldn't need to keep replacing with the same device.

I have tried to call for help but currently have been on hold about 45 minutes...

Please Help
