Tv Go max 5 devices

Getting the message max devices registered but I still can’t watch on any of those devices that are listed and can’t delete any until end of month.

My son is locked down at Uni in Liverpool and can’t go out but couldn’t watch the football last night, it is so annoying. His laptop has registered twice and if you can only make 3 changes it may happen again next month!

Why can I not watch on my iPad which is one of the registered devices

Can someone reset my devices NOW and stop PC access duplicating.

Sorry for the frustration caused Fredb38 with regards to your TV Go device list. I've found your details using the information we have on here and have reset them for you and you should be able to re-add the devices again.

Im having exactly the same issue - its SOOOOOO anoying and Virgin media is not answering the phone or messaging services......PLEASE someone help !

same problem again, all 5 devices used up by the same laptop!

Can you reset them please?
