Could a techie please reset the devices on my virgin tv go. I have not cleared cookies or catche and have still reached a maximum number of devices from duplicates of my MacBook on chrome. It is becoming frustrating .

Hi malbert,
Thank you for reaching back out, although you haven't physically cleared the Cookies and Cache this may be because the device setting clear when rebooted or turned of, you can check this in the settings. we are unable to reset the devices, this is something which will happen automatically at the beginning of the new month.
