Tv Go app

For the last two weeks every time I try to login to tv go I only get the massage “upgrade” & a telephone number to call. As I have the full house package & the tv go app has worked well in the passed, I called the number. I was informed that the problem would be looked into and would be called back with in 48hrs. Result 4 days later NO phone call NO tv go. Shambles!!!!

Hi Mink,

Zak_M is a bona fide member of Virgin Media Staff.

You can tell Staff members by the Virgin infinity logo next to their name, and their forum title (Forum Team) under their name, as in the picture below.
