Tv Go app - no catchup

We were watching the us series Home Improvemement on our PC, all of the catchup content has been taken away.. is this correct ?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the Virgin TV Go app. To clarify, are you saying you cannot access any Catch Up content, or only Home Improvement content?
