Hi there,

downloaded tv go app to watch sky sports,

downloaded sky sports app and logged in via my virgin media account 

Unable to play video as it says Video Unavailable, A problem was encountered - please try again later

i have re downloaded app and iPad is up to date on updates, please advise

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the Sky Sports app at this time. 

Do you have any issues logging into the app at all? Or is the issue just with playing channels?
