My app will not let me sign in to be able to watch the channels i pay for.
I have reinstalled the app multiple times now but it still will not work just keeps saying to try again.

I am trying to sign in using an android phone and have also tried it on my iPad too. Both dont work
Can you confirm if you're able to sign into your My Virgin Media account using the details you're using to sign into the app?
Yes i can access everything else and have no other issues other than the tv go apo
