same here mate, sick to death of it, every time you use the same devices it registers it as a new one. Something to do with cookies they say

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your TV Go service, and thank you again for reaching out.
Can I ask if you are using an incognito browser at all or if you have cleared cache and data on this device? These steps can cause the device to be forgotten and reregistered.
Would you like us to reset devices on our side?
