Hey Warleggan111,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV go app, is the problem happening on all of the channels or just certain channels?

Have you tried to use the application on different devices?

Are you able to remove and re-install the application on your computer?

Kind Regards,

Steven_L

Thanks for getting back to me

It is all the channels I have tried. Its mostly the TNT Sports channel I want to watch.

I did try it on my android phone but I struggled with a picture.

Its on my dell computer I usually watch the sport channels.

I did uninstall the app and reinstall the app,  but with no difference

Thanks

Hi @Warleggan111

Please try the following on your PC to see if it makes any difference.

In Edge please try turning the "Use Hardware Acceleration when available" function to off.

It's under Settings > System & performance >  System

In Chrome it's under chrome://settings/system

For Firefox follow the instructions <<< here >>>
