Trying to watch Sky Sports on the Virgin TVGo app

I have checked, I have Device spaces. I have a Sky Sports ID. When I get transferred from Virgin Go to the Sky Sports app, I cannot watch the football as it remains locked. Is there a work around?

Are you signing in by clicking on the Virgin TV UK icon and entering your My Virgin Media email address and password?

Can you access my-virgin-media using your account email address and password?

For whatever reason the bit below the Sky ID was not showing. I have uninstalled Sky Sports app and reinstalled, and the two boxes below the Sky sign in are there. Thank you for your time and assistance
