My apologies for the delayed reply. I've never heard of that but does it presumably clear cache and cookies? Haha. If so, keep doing that but keep the TV Go ones or it will recognise it as a new device each time.

That would be very helpful - I am not sure I fully understand why this is happening. I think Ccleaner clears out Cookies each time the browse closes. There is an option to keep some cookies - is that what I should do?
