Has anybody had a resolution to make the TV Control app work for a Tivo box. Keep getting the can’t find a TV account since I renewed! Always had it on the iPad!

Are you getting any error codes along with the message? Also, have you tried a different device, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Thanks for getting back so quick.
I have the app on both an iPad and an iPhone. The iPad app worked fine until we recently renewed the contract. The phone app has only been recently added. I’ve tried un- and re-installing the app on both devices. I’ve also rebooted the Virgin box. It seems to log in to the app ok, asks for access and then the attached box pops up and retrying makes no difference.

Did you get a TV software upgrade or new TV box when you renewed your package with us?
Also, can you please confirm if your iPad and iPhone are on iOS 12 or above?

As far as I know it was a renewal minus BT Sport and we kept the same boxes.
