I can get TVGo on my mobile no problem, however to get it on my desktop is impossible.
Device manager shows 2 devices registered one for the mobile and the other for chrome .
Every time I select a channel from my desk top I get the register device. I can get 4 of the same device registered but still no good.
I have spoken twice to Virgin assistants but they both had no clue and left me none the wiser.
Can anyone help me.
