I'm unable to view TV shows on my laptop. Haven't changed any devices in months but have to wait 19 days to replace the "broken" registered device. It says I can make 3 changes a month but refuses to let me replace / change / repair the "broken" device.
I need this resolving before I go away on Monday 13th June.
