On my android phone, I have the updated TV Go app. But when I try to sign into TV Go, its asks “Skip Sign in or Register or simply Sign IN”. But when I try to sign in using my Virgin email address, it doesn’t recognise it

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies you are facing issues with your TvGo App. Can we ask are you able to log into your online account and emails ( if you use that facility) with your Virgin Media credentials?

As I replied a week ago, I can sign in to my Virgin Account / email etc on my phone. But when using the same sign in details on TV Go, it wont accept.
