Regarding the issue of regregistration TVGO on the same device 5 times, I tried to find answers here.
In the end I called Virgin and after 40 minutes I got through to a very nice chap who reset my limit to zero. I asked him about the problem and he said....
ALWAYS SIGN OUT OF THE APP WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED WATCHING. DON'T JUST SHUT IT DOWN.
He said that this should make it work correctly. I haven't tried it yet but I thought I would post it because it seems a constant issue, and good advice.

Thanks for sharing the advice you received. We're still investigating this issue and we're looking for a bit more information to help with this. Can you just confirm the device/operating system and the browser you're using please?
