TVGO slots

I had three slots registered to devices but had stopped working so I waited for 01/01/2021 to register these devices but it only allowed ONE reregister then tells me I have no more changes available until 01/02/2021.  I need these slots resetting ASAP.

Same problem here. TV Go stopped working. Every attempt to register my PC takes up a device slot, it still doesn’t work and now all device changes are locked for a month. I’ve been a Virgin customer for years, pay a fortune every month and yet the length of this list of similar complaints suggests nobody cares about offering any solution or support. Come on Virgin, step up and prove me wrong.
