I know this is a problem that has been raised before, but I get the error below when trying to access tvgo. I have phoned about this and have recieved many calls but nothing has worked. I'm accessing on the browser as well as the app on my android phone but nothing has worked.

Really sorry to see the issue you're faced with here - can I confirm that the details you're using to log in are the same ones you would use when logging into your online account?

Yes I I'm using the same details to login. You may find something on the system about this as I've had several phone calls about this. I'm accessing TV go in a browser so so both the browser and the app doesn't seem to be allowing me to sign in. I'm not getting a wrong password message so username and password appears to be correct
