I am having a real problem trying to get Virgin TVGO to work on my windows 10 laptop on Chrome, both using the App I was asked to download and through the browser. I am getting a message saying 'sorry, we cannot play this right now)
I have cleared cache several times and it would seem that each time this happens, I am using up one of my devices so I have now reached my limit.
Can anyone offer step by step instructions on how to get TVGO to work on a laptop running windows 10 and using chrome as a browser and is there any way my device limit can be reset please.
thanks for getting back to me, I am aware that the app is no longer available on the microsoft store but even when using the browser, I cannot get TVGO to work. Is there any way I can have the device limit reset so I can try again as I have used all my 5 lives trying to get it to work with no joy.
Is there something I need to do to get the browser TVGO to work.
I am using google chrome on windows 10, have cookies enabled and cleared cache before trying to run. I can sign in no problem and everything else in the browser works such as checking devices etc, but I cannot get any shows to play
I have just tried again and it is still not working - i get a message saying that I need to register a device which keeps appearing but shows not playing but devices are being registered nonetheless. Think I will have to give up and wait for this issue to be resolved.
I have the same issue is there any timescales on the when this issue will be resolved? I get as far as the channel buffering and then playing for a second or so before getting the message Sorry - this isn't available; Sorry - we cant play this at the moment. I have also used up all my device slots with my laptop trying to use various different browsers.
