TVGO on Chromebook

I have 5 devices registered and somehow 3 are the same (the three are on my chromebook).

I cannot see how to delete these and message says 26 days before action. It will not allow me to watch on my chromebook even though registered but does work on phone. 

I tried calling helpdesk but its waste of time!👎

Can someone from virgin just reset my devices and sort this out.

I have been with virgin for 3 weeks and had non stop issues and am regretting the day I signed up.

Sorry to hear of the device allowance issues you've experienced using our Virgin TV Go application, we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of this.

 

We have recently made some changes in regards to the device allowances and how they are registered with a view to alleviating this issue going forward. We have today reset your device allowance and would appreciate it if you could monitor this going forward and let us know if you still experience the same problem?
