TVGO SETTINGS

Hi Can’t update Devices ie Replace to Add 2 Family Laptops 

I have fullest Tv Package so allowed 4/5 Slots 

Tried Laptop access Via Website and IPhone via TVGO APP 

NO DETAILS SHOWN ON WHEN I CAN CHANGE BUT I HAVE USED ANY CHANGES THIS MONTH 

VERY FRUSTRATING -

CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

If unable to on the website in the device management page can you please try to log into this on the new devices where this should let you know maximum devices are registered and there will be an option to replace one with the device you're using.
