TVGO App no longer working

Hi Team,

I have recently upgraded to Virgin 360.  However, since the upgrade the Virgin TVGO app won't work on my Android tablet.  The app loads but when I try to sign in the app stops working.

My tablet is a Huawei and I am wondering if this has something to do with it?

Sorry to hear of the TV Go issues you're experiencing since changing to Virgin 360, we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of this. 

 

We aren't aware of any issues in regards to TV Go and customers on Virgin 360. Are you able to sign in on any other devices or do you experience the same issue?
