I am sorry to hear you are having issues watching recorded programmes via the TG Go app since your box was replaced.
When using the app, are you connecting to the new set box?
Can you please also try to use the service via a browser to see if you have the same issue? If the service works on the browser, please delete the app and the app data and then reinstall it to the device.
