TVGO APP Not Working

The TvGo app is not working on my phone, when I try to open the app a message appears saying I am not connected to the internet. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem persists. Also tried on my tablet same message, but I can access the app through the browser. I would prefer the app as there is less buffering.

I would also be grateful if a Virgin technician could reset my device's in the app.

Sorry to hear about your TV Go App issues. I've reset your devices as requested, are you able to try logging in again?
