This is a strange one.... Video play back on the Virgin media TV to GO app (and All4 app) is stuttering but it is fine on Netflix, Prime, BBC iPlayer, youtube and all other streaming services. It's not just streaming either, when I download a show and play back that in airplane mode it's also stuttering and jumpy.

From a recommendation on another TV to GO question I looked at the power saving, mine was turned off but I enabled high performance mode which makes the device run hot and drains the battery but also smooths out the playback somewhat, to the point where it is actually watchable for the first time
Still a slight stutter but I can live with it for now and hopefully this info will help other users with the same issue
