My device is registered but I am unable to use it tonight as it is telling me all 5 of my devices are being used. It`s obviously not recognising my device.

Sorry you've encountered a problem with your registered devices for TV Go. Is the device in question still showing as one of the registered devices on your account?
Are you having the same problem on numerous devices, and after clearing your browser cache/cookies too?
