TV on The Go

Can you re-set my account saying I have excided 5 devices but there are the same device. Tried to re-set it my self but not showing any devices.

Have the devices been reset for you since your post?

What is the make and model of device that is showing as being registered multiple times?

Please can you also confirm which browser and version you are using?
