TV go

I can't log in to the TV app. 

It tells me my username or password is incorrect but I know it is not. 

Any Ideas anyone?

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with logging in to the TV Go app. 

• Are you able to sign in to My VM or do you get the same issue? 
• When trying to log in through a browser to TV Go, does this allow you access or do you have the same error?
