I have been told if I don't order a V6 box my tv package will be terminated on Jan 3rd! If you try and go onto this section of the website to order one, you get an error message! Have been on the phone for over an hour, put on hold, then cut off. Great customer service ...
I have 2 questions:
Do I need a tv box to use Virgin tv on the go?
If not, how do I get tv on the go to work? I watched it happily for a couple of months, then was told the service wasn't available - I am paying for the full tv package by the way, even though I am not able to access it
This could all be sorted out if you could simply get to speak to someone. 🤦🏻♀️
