TV go - registered devices

Trying to watch live tv on sky sports and told I have too many devices registered. Device management shows clearly that I have just 4, including 3 I have only just added. Why am I being told I’ve reached the limit when clearly I haven’t?

Welcome to our Community Forum and thanks for posting. 

 

I am sorry to hear this. If you clear cookies regularly or have the setting enabled to do so, this can result in a new device to be registered each time.

 

I will pop you a PM so we can clear security and get these reset for you.
