TV go laptop issues

Hi

Get following TV go app error in chrome, edge and firefox when using laptop running windows 8.1:

We are experiencing technical problems. Please try again in a few minutes. 

REFRESH

Fine on phone and tablet and only 3 devices registered.

Time setting looks fine.

Help please

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with the TVGO.

 

Can you confirm what happens when you access TVGO on the laptop following the line here
