TV go doesn’t register I am using Wi-fi

Trying to watch something recorded on one of my boxes and the app keeps saying I need to be connected to Wi-fi but I am. Have tried resetting router, have reset the app as well. Not sure what else I can try?

I'm very sorry to hear about this. 

 

Can you confirm if the WiFi connection your using is your home connection or a 3rd parties?

 

What device is the App installed on?

Hi yes it is my home Wi-fi and the app is on an iPhone XR
