Why can I watch Resident alien season 2 every episode when I want on the app but not on Virgin TV ?

Availability of series & programmes does differ between the app & your TV box. A lot of the time, the content is the same - but not always.

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I am sorry to hear you are unable to watch this on your TV box. 

As japitts has advised, availability of series and programmes can occasionally differ between the app and  TV box. 

Is it not showing at all on Virgin TV or do you get any error when trying to watch it?

When I noticed series 2 had restarted I saw on my planner I could watch all remaining episodes immediately, the next day that had changed to only episodes 1 - 8 and  episodes 11 - 13 !!!

Are you able to provide any screenshots of what is happening please when the episodes aren't there, are there any error codes or is it greyed out for example?

Take a look at this thread posted above, but reporting the exact same issue.

It was also raised over the weekend via VIP channels.
