Since the weekend regardless of platform, all registered devices ask me to phone for an upgrade to watch the channels. I have removed and reinstalled the app on all registered devices but still the same.
If you click on "Check service status" VM are aware of the issue, and is currently being worked on that link says "Customers using our TV Go service may have an issue streaming some channels and may get an Error message upgrade to watch. We are sorry about this, our engineers are looking at fixing this as soon as possible."
Current fix is today at 1700hrs but these can change as are only an estimate.
