TV go app not playing live tv on Android

The app used to work on my phone but now I can navigate around the app but when I want to watch live tv like bt sport or Eurosport I just get programme starting message and nothing happens. I've uninstalled and re-installed. Works fine on my wife's Android phone.

Can I ask if you are still able to watch on demand programmes on your phone? Also what make and model is the phone? Lastly does this appear on any other devices at all or only your mobile?
